The top-producing Vega Team has moved from independent real estate company Excellence Real Estate to Century 21, the brand announced Tuesday, and will now operate as Century 21 TheVegaTeam.

The brokerage firm, based in Fontana, Calif., and led by Ulises Vega, brings a team of 23 people to Century 21. Over the past year, the team has brought in nearly $30 million in sales volume. and, over the past seven years, has brought in over $120 million in sales volume.

Vega founded the team in 2013. Its members have 18 years of industry experience and have collectively achieved over $500 million in sales during their careers.

“This move will allow me, my family of agents and their clients and clients to collectively realize our greatest real estate ambitions,” Vega said in a statement. “The Century 21 brand’s customer-centric approach and focus on service quality and industry ratings aligns perfectly with our culture and our ongoing desire to create memorable customer experiences that contribute to making the entire process of buying and selling real estate a journey worth celebrating.”

Vega served as President of the 2021 SoCal Inland Empire Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and is currently recruiting sales professionals to join Century 21’s new company.
