Congratulating the town hall for having finally approved this project, the mayor explained that “the approval of the urbanization project will allow the completion of the development of the northern area of the Vega de Acá, that is to say that ‘once the land is urbanized, that means lucrative housing plots will be available, to provide more services to this part of the city, allowing for more expansion.’
The land to be developed is located in the Vega de Acá, and is bounded to the north by the Camino de La Goleta and by the SUP-ACA-06 sector; to the south, by sector SUP-ACA-08 which is still underdeveloped; to the east, by sector SUP-ACA-02, and to the west by the general system SGEL-09, and Andarax Park, which borders the Andarax river along its entire length, as reported diariodealmeria.es.
